Speech Therapy
Speech-Language Pathologists provide evaluations and assessments in the areas of speech sound production and receptive/expressive and pragmatic language. Our staff provides individualized assessments to determine appropriate treatment plan for your child or loved one. Therapists will use a combination of standardized assessments, parent interview, and informal observations of play and language skills to complete thorough evaluations. Our sessions are engaging, interactive, and fun!
PlayWorks Speech-Language Pathologists offer a wide range of treatments and interventions to clients of all abilities, ages, and levels of communication. Based on the results of your evaluation, the SLP will work with you to develop a customized therapy program to address areas of concern. We use a client and family centered approach to tailor to the needs of each client. Working collaboratively with the other professionals on the PlayWorks team (Occupational and Physical therapists), strategies will be implemented to ensure clients receive the most quality care. Our therapists use engaging and functional treatments while providing parent education in a fun atmosphere. Treatment can be provided in the following areas:
